I have a few 24s. The two I now play are Critster @ Anub'arak - Game Guide - World of Warcraft <Horde Invasion> and Nerfmesilly @ Winterhoof - Game Guide - World of Warcraft <Nerf Hunters Now>.
Both guilds are twink guilds but only Horde Invasion-Anub'arak is level 25.

I'd throw a 32 armor enchant on the legs before equipping them, satchel belt gives 5/5/5 instead of 4/7/4, and then just professions.

good call on the armor patch. I've just been to lazy for profs and forgot about them, but i strive for BiS, so i'll get them done. Got that belt still from 19s

This is currently the most active bracket by far with pops 24/7. Horde have queues ranging from instant to 2 minutes. Allies 5 to 30 minutes. Battle groups have no bearing anymore in that we are all in the same larger pool of players. Enjoy.

ahhh iu c! well i am Ally so im guessin my queues will b a lil longer. But i dint kno about different realm groups for bgz had been taken off.
Now for da million dollar question... watz spec should i go for my shammy?
I suggest Resto, but it that is my favorite spec so it is a bit biased. There are some Ele's that do rather well such as Lithology or be different and roll enhance. All in all I have not seen a great deal of shamlings so roll whichever you like the most. It always ends up better if you are playing a class/spec you enjoy rather than what is the 'best'.
