New Undead Racial

Realistically, the undead racial will do similar damage to the goblin rocket, and be on a 1-2 minute ICD.

You think so? It would make sense if the internal cooldown was longer, but if racials are being reworked, who knows at this point I guess.

Could always be mistaken, but Blizzard is (rightly, IMO) stingy about damage-increasing racials. Other possibility I can see is a base percent chance on any attack like poison, but it would necessarily be a very small proc so as not to imbalance max level PvE race-wise.

because you cannot WotF offensively or defensively.

because you cant use stoneform to clear diseases or poisons (aka crip and infected wounds)

Orcs sit in stuns for less time.

Also goblins lack resistances which is pretty big.

Are we not talking about MoP racials? Resistance will be gone... so yeah...
Also, where did I say that dwarfs couldn't use stoneform, or that orcs don't sit in stuns for less time? Goblins can choose between a mobility and dps racial, that's all I'm saying, which no other class has the option to do. I'm not saying that you cant use mobility offensively, I'm saying that goblins are the only racethat get the choice. Calm yourself, maybe if you weren't so concerned with raging you could read more carefully.
