BTB vs HARVEST is being moved to the second stream and WFS vs Skill Ratio is being moved to the first stream, times are the same.

I wanted to avoid making an official ruling on this because I don't want to encourage people to sub from outside their rosters, but the rules are already in place de-facto now because of the way things have gone with the last couple matches so it's probably better to outline things.

If a team has to sub a player from outside their roster they have to get the permission of the opposing team's leader, and the player they're subbing can't be on the roster of another team that's playing in the tournament. If any player on a roster for some reason has an issue with the CHARACTER that they're signed up with they can use a different character as long as it's the same class as the character that they've signed up with, and as long as the same player is playing it.

It's important that teams follow the rules but ultimately this event is for the community and it's important that we use reason and understanding when dealing with problems that come up. I've let some things slide already because I really want everyone to be able to play and enjoy themselves while having a fair shot at winning. I hope everyone can be reasonable and understanding throughout the event but also not abuse the goodwill and community spirit that allows events like this to function by just trying to see what they can get away with because of the fact that it is a community event.
