People [Pizza] are so afraid to lose because they have a complex about their appearance in order to keep some sense of control. Let's be honest, when you're 5'3 and suffer from GAD (generalized anxiety disorder), you're looking for control anywhere you can get it. I believe this is referred to as a napoleon complex.
