19 rogue gear

https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/character/draenor/Tohz

My gear at the moment, seems to be the most balanced I can get it minus the versatility pvp pieces i don't have yet!

Anyone got any better ideas on gear i could replace/change to up vers/agi?

148 agi
20% crit
14% vers

Thanks

Tohzt

Replace deep fathom ring with the blue BG version (of the quickblade). You can also get the blue dungeon satchel ring (of the quickblade). I believe those are going to be better than both your rings. Though I might wear the seal of wrynn just because its rather rare nowadays.

I'd suggest returning champion, touch of the void or insignia instead of AGM unless you're FCing probably. Generally you'll be trying to kill people very quick before they can heal or get away - so usually pure damage there is better. Up to you and your playstyle though.

Bracers enchant could be stats (+2agi/+2stam) or +3AP.

Belt should probably be a dungeon belt (of the quickblade).

Gloves I'd say get a 2nd pair of the fang gloves and put 4 agi on them.

Legs are good. Prospector's Pants are a balanced alternative (9agi/9stam).

You could also go more glass cannon if you want. These are not necessarily better, but it might be a good idea to have a set to take down a squishy target or EFC with stacks. Forest leather bracers. Ruffian belt if you can get it (GF'd), or perhaps forest leather belt or bristlebark belt otherwise (though I'm not sure I'd take those over dungeon satchel belt with verse).

Yeah i'll give it a go, still waiting on certain pvp items but I think I just need a bit more DPS atm,
seems decent but could be a lot better i'll try a glasscannonish gear style and see how that works out!

Thankya!

So far i've got around 168 agility, 10% vers 14% crit with still a few items left to switch up so should hit over 170 when i'm done,

been a long time since i've been able to put together different sets it went out of mind!

sets lookin good! just remember the forumla that 1 agi = 2.5 vers (just in terms of your dmg, not accounting the value of dmg reduction) try 2 balance out your hp around that.

*cries at the idea of getting a second pair*

I must be 20+ runs now in WC without seeing one drop.

You could overwrite the enchant and get a different pair of gloves to reinforce. Glove reinforcements on a rogue are mostly for a FC set. You could also watch the AH for Scouting Gloves of the quickblade. Theres also a half decent pair of leather gloves from dungeons with crit/verse thats good to put the 4 agi on...maybe RFC or SFK?

The real way to farm them is to get a class with some self heal and to go around soloing druids of the fang. I believe a druid is going to be best as you can stealth past most mobs. So if you dont have a 19 druid twink...consider making one just to farm WC for gloves. Or at least get a druid to 19, slap on heirlooms/dungeon blues and ele force/mark of the hidden satyr. You get to skip the queue, the bosses, most of the trash, and if it drops, its yours instead of you having a 1/5 chance to actually get it.

I did that for much of a day after spending the previous doing WC-only runs. Still have yet to see gloves drop even with running WC solo and cherry picking every DotF (minus the one right next to a boss).

Ive experimented with running WC 4x or so with a boosted Druid on a 2nd account.

Thinking that last is fastest, though disappointed (perhaps unrealistically) to find that trading drops with a trade-eligible party member doesnt auto-level the item to their level.

The fastest way is probably to find twink friends to spam dungeon runs with you, perhaps with some sort of loot system setup. Mail wearers are good options, as you can make a deal to trade if you get the wrong type of gloves. Holy pallies might be interested in going with mail wearers, as they slither scale set doesn't normally drop for them. If you get a tank (or maybe a fury warrior or something queing as a tank) and healer, queues are really fast. The more 19s, the better chance you have with getting 19 gloves.
