For a max-int healing set...
  • Get level 19 (ilvl 23) gloves of the fang with +3 spellpower enchant.
  • You can find Black Widow Bands on the AH for a lot of money, but that would be BiS pure int ring.
  • Can technically get 1stam/1verse to boots for that slight bit extra healing. But meh. I'd say use boar's speed or the like for 2 spam + speed as you'll be in caster form a lot. (the hybrid enchants dont work in cat/travel form, so you would want minor speed to run flag).
  • You can also get 1 verse to neck for a slight bit more healing, or mark of the ancient priestess.

That all being said, going pure int as a resto druid healer is probably not as good as a more balanced set with lots of verse for a lot more survivability. Add in hidden satyr and elemental force and you can double dot any target to deal tons of damage in the background while you heal.

Its personal preference. Depends on your playstyle, who you que with, wargames vs pug stomping, etc. Most actual healers look at resto shammy/disc priest/mistweaver right not. Resto druid is for flag running and has a set for healing when not running flag.

Boomie I'd definitely push for some more int, maybe not full int stacking.

Best suggestion I have is to look at the boomkin/resto druids in the 19 armories threads. See what they go with. Try and figure out why they take it.

Heirloom neck
Heirloom shoulders with Greater Crane
Dungeon cloak (gift of vers cuz pvp power is nerfed now I believe)
Armor of the fang (glorious stats)
Bright bracers (+3 SP enchant)
BG weapon SP enchant
BG off-hand (+4 SP)
Gloves of the fang (SP enchant)
Belt of the fang
Leggings of the fang (+1 armor)
Footpads of the fang (minor speed, stacks with claok speed)
Black Widow Band +1 vers
Lorekeeper's Ring (Since you're alliance) +1 vers
Discerning Eye of the beast x2 (+6 int heirloom trinket)

That's about the max pure int you'd get, but it's not really the most effective imo, but there you go.

You choose so much SP for "max int" yet you choose gift of vers on cloak rather than 2 int?
 
Feel like theres not a huge difference between a boomkin set and a rdruid healing set.
Potentially crit off stat over haste depending what haste % u have to reach for it to be worth.
Also depends what talent you run. Majority of the time as a druid in a PuG you're FCing anyway so I wouldn't stress it too much.
And you're fcing the majority of the time always in 'competitive' games too.

Or inferno + something + something + something + soimething and not have a single fang piece..
