sry he opened it up after suggesting to a guy who wanted to be rated(hence why we are in this forum part) that going without being hitcapped as a mage is ze ultimate zetup, and then refering to as "Tonop" uses it aswell as some kind of stamp of approval(lol). Everything I did in my first post what that I said OP's setup was BiS (same setup as Vianco uses) then I gave him a tip about other alternatives worth testing out to see what suits him best, I didn't like force him to use it or claim IT INDEED WAS THE BEST.. Reason Rúm plays with double argas: Probably because he's got two hit-weapons. However, I do not agree with Rúm's gearing.

They can not be compared since mage spells such as novas, polys, frostbolts in particular misses is huge for the game, however a rogue with 7% hit would never miss his gouges, ambushes/backstabs that are needed for slowing and controlling the opponent, if the rogue played with less then 5% hit(vs hordies n non nightelfs) then he would be commiting the same crime, altho the Mage crime would still be worse just considering the role mages have in the gulch.
