Is this post for real? Is this really anywhat relevant to twinking in the 15-19 bracket? jesus what has happened to these forums, i thought it was bad when people came on here to big up their own or eachothers epeens for stuff ingame, but now its escalated to IRL big ups? this thread should be deleted lmao

I do something similar to that, I don't switch from overhand to underhand and I start wide and finish closed.



Monday - Sat: Chest, Quads & Calves, Back, Shoulders, Arms, Hamstrings Calves



I run eveyday for 30 minutes in the morning with variations of sprints or just pace keepers and 20 min after post workout with abs every other day. Most of my results come from eating correct though. I drink a lot of water for starters, for breakfast It's either 4 egg whites or oatmeal, lunch and dinner is sliced turkey/chicken breast/fish/beef with a veggie. I eat fruit from time to time for energy and currently using Gaspari Nutritions Super Pump Max for pre workout, and am sticking to Gold Standard Whey for post workout protein and taking casien before bed. Multi is animal and I take standard fish oil.



My diet is all microwave too, so you screw you kids with stoves.
