And this is why hass continues to be a fucking retard. Moving along. Cardio also does kill gains, I'm trying to gain weight not lose it.

stop being butt hurt from being kicked from MGC.. you're knowledge of lifting correlates with your skill in game.

Being kicked from a guild I was never apart of in the first place really doesn't make me mad. What makes me mad is mongoloid faggots like you, just being yourself, on a day to day basis, with no hope of self actualization.

Msg me if you want any insight on lifting. I've been liting since I was 15 on and off and have taken just about every supplement on the market/know about almost all of them including pro hormones. At one point was studying to be a personal trainer but I never went to take the certification test. pz

Word , I'll definitely message you about some things. One thing of concern for me is the amount of proper meals to be eating once I start seriously lifting again.. i've heard 6-7 meals a day is more beneficial overall, also is it true to maintain good muscle gain I should be eating 200g+ protein a day?

I'm 17 and have been lifting since I was 15. I started chubby around 160, cut a bit cause I didn't know shit, then I bulked up to 170, then I started cutting awhile back. Now I'm 150 5'8" pretty shredded. I got on a pH not gunna lie like a week ago, doing a 6-8 week cycle (winadrol), seeing major strength gains already and by the end of it, I expect great results.

edit - If anyone has anyone questions feel free to ask me I guarantee I can answer anything about nutrition/lifting, not just talkin' outta my ass either. I have a lot of older bodybuilding friends that have taught me so much about nutrition/lifting. Just PM me

u should worry about calories in vs calories out and total macronutrients per day, not size or time of individual meals

this is true^

but macros are important as well. Take your weight, x2 it. That's how many carbs you need. x1.5 your weight, thats how much protein you need. Have some PB, there's all the fats you need. That's for bulking though. For cutting I've only been taking in carbs before my workout and that's eat, other than that just straight protein, and I've found it working very well. 1.6k-2k cals a day depending on how much cardio I do. For bulking I go 3.2k cals minimum.

Obviously if you are trying to gain weight, you need to be consuming a safe extra 300 calories in addition to your average calorie maintenance level. This will safely increase your ability to put more calories to muscle building and work. If you overshoot and decide to add 1000 calories, let's say your maximum potential cal maintenance level is 2500 for example, the extra 500 calories will go straight to fat. As you increase muscle gain (at an average of about .25 - .5 pounds a week) your average cal maintenance level should slowly increase, make sure to safely accommodate for this but do not go over your potential maximum level.

Building muscle is about 75% diet. Protein Protein Protein =)

It is up to you if you want to target muscle groups, I would suggest starting with MWF for 1 hour, full body and select workouts to the point of exhaustion. Also you should be doing a similar program to 8-minute abs every single day of the week. I would recommend this video : This

This is not what has given me the abs I have today, this will get your more general core strength though.

If you are comfortable enough to follow a strict diet plan, I would suggest this one given to me: This

If you are looking to get that Ryan Reynolds look, this is what you should be doing to bulk up yet stay slim. This is also similar to Taylor Lautner's workout for New Moon, in which he sets a record for the highest shirtless to on screen ratio of all time.

Don't fall for dumb gimmicks such as Muscle Milk etc. Yes I just gave you some instructions, but they are all relative to what you can do and what you currently are doing, also this is just a guide for what you should TRY to stick towards doing.

Best of luck! And I feel the ladies in the 19 community would be looking forwards to some post-muscle gain pictures. I would recommend keeping them begging for a while /flex

Edit: Very important tip, you must be eating SOMETHING every TWO Hours or your body will kick your next food intake into the storage mode resulting in pure fat.
