compared to MoP, Cata was waaaaaaaaaaaay more active (atleast in its peak). It probably isn't fair to compare Cata's "glory days" to the few months MoP has been here, but hell, Cata was way more active.

Of-course, the removal of skirmishes have been a factor of why the twinking population has decreased -- though I can't agree with you that it should be one of the two reasons why queues are slow/does not pop. My conlusion is that "birds of a feather flock together"; many small factors (gy-farming, skirmishes gone, no mobility, OP heals, OP burst, endless trashtalking on TI, winlogging, etc, etc) is the reason behind it.

I agree that many small factors combined is what's causing it - but I disagree that it's the "main" reason, which is what I posted. GY farming has always existed. Skirmishes are gone ye. No mobility/OP Heals/OP Burst I mentioned ye. Endless trash talking isn't anything new either, it's been there since before Battleground forums. People would beat someone in a duel and instantly post it on the forums to prove how awesome they are. Win logging isn't new either, the bracket for many years thrived of that competition - whether or not one agrees that it's healthy.

I got a 19 horde druid, and wondered which side needs players the most? I am also thinking of transferring to Draenor, to meet some other 19s, as my server is completely dead :) Is it worth it or am I better off staying on my server?
