119 Twink Looking For Others

Ive Basically only taken Haste/Crit
My HP is about double others, and I do about 3x the damage of other DH’s.
I also submitted a ticket to Blizzard because this character hasn’t received a single gear upgrade from quest rewards.
The dungeon gear doesn’t go past 270’s but the quest gear goes all the way to 310 is it and epic upgrade. Just haven’t got any.

I recommend making a TW set with max sockets / legion legendarys (yes they work in TW) so you can speed run them. Also once you've killed the boss(es) u need just leave and requeue. As tank spec of course.Attachments

Does it just scale ilvl down? So lower gear doesn't get changed? Foregoing the socket advantage, I mean.
edit- so I just buzzed thru the sunwell on my 119 hunter and the leggo bow dropped. laughed.

Ya, we got a few rage whispers from this one (attached). Disc twinks are basically invincible.

It scales down to whatever expac the TWing is for. Panda TW is lvl 85? So maybe ilvl 112. Best bet is 3 x az pieces, 2-3 x legion legendaries and socket gear from ICC, SoO, ToT. Maybe some trinkets from HFC. Or just 2 x northrend JC trinkets with 2 sockets each.

I leveled through Island expeditions, then just went through the zones/quests. I've barely started the third one (zandalar), so hopefully I'll get a few upgrades there.
I tried to get some of the leveling zone "sets". They only require 2 pieces to get their bonus. Trouble is, so far, they all dropped at item lvl 274 or something, so not great. Not sure if those can "forge" when you get them.
After reading this thread, I'll dab into TimeWalking as well

I'm taking a real liking to the bracket. Characters have all their abilities; queue times are decent (sometimes faster than my level cap toon).
Plus, I just wont have the time to keep a max level toon up to date. I enjoy BGs, anything else, not so much (not into raids/mythics/arena). So, gearing that way is a bit of a pain in BFA.
As for the twinks more specifically, one of my next 119 will definitely be a DH! Already having a blast leveling through islands, they are fast and furious, and fun!

I would say I still have at least half of the quests available at this point, so there are some chances for upgrades. This guy is mostly stacking Mastery. I recommend that you boys use one of the crafted legendaries for the 3 extra sockets (that is 40 main stat /80 secondary stat or 120 secondary stat)
I like how things feel at 111-119, the character is really fun to use with the proper azerite traits, but the players inside this bracket are mostly terrible on both sides. I can't blame them, most are just probably trying to get to 120, but it makes for some seriously aggravating matches.
