the stats on drops from dragons dont change. you cant farm them in hopes for better stat combos just upgrades like socket/leech. you can farm TW dungeons for gear with just one secondary but im not sure which expansion tw thats from. i have 310’s with just crit/haste etc. as the only secondary so its possible.

I don't think it should be all that different than bis stat priority for 120.

Ye, it was mostly in case I got a few different cloaks / rings from the bosses so I knew which would be better or maybe if I managed to get a gem proc.
