What, no "OMGZ the sky is falling" remarks? Here I thought people would be all over this change. Personally, I don't think this is going to be a game-braking change for 49's. It just makes FCing that much more difficult. No more getting out run by Sprinting Rogues and Druids.

Herod's Shoulders will not convert to leather for a Rogue - this only works for Shaman and Hunters (unless I am completely missing something.) Beyond that I must agree with Doffe, since there are tons of threads with Rogue gear, information and various opinions.

Going to agree with Tidal here: Option number 5 - (4/5 Imp. Frostbolt, 3/3 Frostbite, and 3/3 Permafrost) is the best best. You get more value out of the extra point in Permafrost or Frostbite than a 0.1 reduction in cast time on Frostbolt.

It should be noted that this "method" of leveling skinning no longer exists. Upon skinning a corpse the product of that skinning is transferred to the loot window and can only be looted at that point - it cannot be re-skinned if left. This guide should be edited or removed.

If you already have the resilience shoulders then so be it, but looking at your chest I would not sacrifice 150 hp for a less than 1% reduction to be critically hit ever. Resilience, while it may look tempting, is simply a wasted stat in this bracket. If you can get the BoA Badge of Heroism...
