If I was to use a Blessed Hammer of Grace at the 30sp it would be because of the 1mp5 it had on it. So you start with Devout with 22int and when you burn through the 300 or so mana switch it with the Hammer and you get some mana regen.

On the +7 Nature, it doesn't effect healing. Bonus Healing and Bonus Damage are still separated, you can modify one or the other, the +7 Nature only modifies Bonus Damage, as it is still the only one that is broken down by schools. Solid guide though.

For the TCG Tabards once you have selected the realm, they are locked into that realm. So choose which realm you want it on.
