Glyph of Stoneclaw Totem

Any 19 shammies out there that use this know how much dmg it absorbs?

it's pretty dece. better than glyph of shocking imo, which is really the only other decent major that shamans get at 19. glyph of healing wave is pretty garbage in a bracket where heavy runecloth bandages heal you for 1/4-1/5 of your hp per tick.

you can use stoneclaw totem while silenced or locked out, so it can be pretty clutch if you get interrupted or arcane torrented.

Isn't this glyph useless? I thought Stoneclaw only absorbed damage from other totems for higher ranks (beyond 19)?

Stoneclaw Totem was changed in 3.1

Pre 3.1 = Stoneclaw only had the stun for Rank 1-5(?)

3.1 = Stoneclaw has stun and shields totems for all ranks.

But Glyph of Flame Shock is the best imo

oh yeah, good call with fs glyph. man, it's pretty sad how shamans have literally 0 minor glyphs they can use at 19, rofl

useless glyph imo

why?

besides the occasional drop of stoneclaw to get a dumb rogue or someone off guard and stun them, all shammies should have down earthbind.

now if stoneclaw wasn't a earth totem this would be the best out there imo

you drop it to get the buff, then drop an earthbind.

its called twisting totems, but i didnt expect you to know that

Hey miraged (Gemu here), do you know how long the absorption lasts if you drop a stoneclaw and then drop an earthbind? This glyph seems pretty nice for a more defensive shaman if you can give up the flameshock duration.

I believe it is 15 sec.

I am going to have to alter my keybinds a little bit for the totem twisting of stoneclaw/earthbind goodness.

yup.

It doesn't have to be down for you to have the buff, you drop it for the bubble.

It is an amazing glyph if used correctly.

ooo my bad didn't see rip's comment on the changes XD

well that's very nice, lol i had only used it for the chance stun and totem shield, well well

i'll be giving this one a try after i finish with my healing wave glyph

do have one question for anyone whom knows, does earth's grasp increase this shield? my guess is no, but would love a definate answer
