Sry if you want skillheavy content than just level up to 70 bro! We have: M+ Mythic raids,rated bg's and arenas! but you won't find skillheavy content in the 20's

You have to refarm your gear from 35's raids they scale up too but only new obtained gear. (except soo for some reason)

Siege of orgrimmar somehow doesn't scale up yet but terrace of endless spring does don't know about other MOP raids yet. but on the other hand every cataclysm raid scales up except throne of the four winds and baradin hold

Actually the enchants are balanced right now. there is no such thing as completely overpowered enchants anymore. it doesn't make sense to (basically) delete any enchants up to bfa. because you can still learn enchants and disenchant from older expansion but cannot use the learned enchants...
