Soloing definitely seems like solid option for once. Even so you need some things to survive long enough to outdamage the boss, but it feels way easier to get purples than grinding focking crabs at Westfall or camping at rares spawn locations. I do not even believe that they will complete current squishing nonsense done by "change-lvl-on-some-quests-and-zones-and-herewegoooo"-method leaving tons of sloppy lvl requirements during leveling for any players, not only f2p ones.

Also Haste increase your dmg from dots (and Muti have 3 of them), but again - I did not test or calculate the threshold from which Haste become less impactful than Vers.

There is still revive-through-instance-reg as a lazy way do get to any place that your spirit can reach. But it is kinda lame compare to figuring out how to climb to stuff)

Just tested: your spirit can fly in this area so with some smart revives you will be able to get what you want) There are other ways for some classes (all hail grapling hook) and for owners of Darmoon Cannon or various Engineering-shenanigans.
