lets not forget that not everyone can afford to buy 2 of the same heirlooms with justice points so if you want a variety of enchants these would be an option.

it would be BiS as far as enchants for cloaks go, much better then 3 agility.

according to atlasloot it has no level restriction, of course it would give the stats no idea why it wouldn't :)

your right it's only available for hunters >.<

I can confirm this, it shows up in atlasloot: Uploaded with ImageShack.us although the enchant isn't new but the stats on it are, it used to just provide bonus to stealth.

that bow actually would be BiS for melee who don't use their bows for dps as it has +1 agil and the BoA bow has no + stats at all.

Draenei: Moth, not ravager now that i think about it there are moth vanity pet vendors in exodar and they seem better suited to Draenei then ravagers and moths are in the Draenei starting zone.

pity they were removed some time ago, i've seen some crazy prices on the AH on my server. 1.5k isn't bad considering how rare they are these days.
