level 1 hard modes!

i came up with the idea for level 1 hard modes a couple of weeks ago for my guild and they basically add variety and difficulty to a raid. so post your idea's for level 1 hard modes here.



some things you can factor into a level 1 hard mode:

-adding adds to the fight.

-making it a timed fight

-healing restrictions

-buff/gear restrictions



here's a couple of mine:



Hogger Hard Mode:

"not a happy camper" - (5 man) after engaging hogger pull him into a full camp of riverpaw gnolls and defeat him with no deaths after killing all the other riverpaw gnolls.



Lake Thresher Hard Mode:

"Hold your breath" - (10 man) defeat lake thresher while spending the whole encounter at the bottom of the lake with no one dying.



the lake thresher hard mode gives you 3 mins to kill him before everyone in your raid starts taking a lot of drowning damage, so it acts like an enrage timer.
 
I'm not a huge fan of these hard modes as I'd rather do a new harder mob, than hogger again. But sure it's something, and I guess not everyone has the ability and players to pull of raids like we'eve done and therefore hardmodes are something you could do.
 
Yeah sounds pretty cool but like Boglund said I would rather do alltogether harder bosses.
 
i would also like to do harder bosses, but this just lets you go back to an easier one like hogger and try him with a little added spice :)



maybe trying to kill those aboms in ghostlands within 1 min of each other is a good idea for a hard mode for a more advanced level 1 twink guild :p and if you run out off bosses to do these would be nice to try.



i'm sure you guys can think up some more and i'll list them all in the original post.
 
you won't be able to go raids with <10 lvls, so no more than 5 man achievs
