Note that it has 3 less intellect than Hand of Edward the Odd/BoA mace/etc. Which isn't a huge amount relatively speaking, but still something to keep in mind. The 2 piece bonus gives 5.75% reduction to my priest at 59. I'm not sure whether the bonus is applied before or after the moonkin/bear...
