I know the exact situation you are talking about and it happens in all brackets and expansions. It will happen more often if you are rusty (or having room to skill up), but either way the answer is the same thing. Smile because what is about to happen is THE ABSOLUTE MOST FUN PART OF TWINKING...

Do you mind sharing what you do to get world buffs? I am on a low populations server so I imagine step one would be to move. What is step two? I'd love to know since I do plan on moving for that reason and so AH consumables are more available.

Definitely rogue IMO by a country mile. Sap + FAP + sprint + kick + vanish + portable bronze mortar or sapper + thistle tea is incredibly strong and lowish coolown, it puts the need to play well on the EFC. Rogue is the best soloque class for WSG because of that. If you don't kill EFC doing that...
