either you copied this from a old guide, or you're not up to date :P Librams doesnt work unless you're lvl 50. Nethercobra Leg Armor requires a item level 60 or higher.

well, there's a ton of tutorial sites out there, one good is tutorialized.com this site got tutorials for both Gimp and Photoshop (and everything else more or less)
