Yea i have had 53 wrists/boots/weapon on my paladin after a shitload of invasions. No luck on my rogue or priest though. Had way more gear on my 19's in a similar number of invasions.

It is ElvUI. Go to Skins>Character Frame and uncheck it. DejaCharacterStats is also a great addon for displaying extra info in the character frame. I had it installed before i changed any ElvUI skins settings and as soon as i unchecked character frame i was greeted with Ilvl figures.
