I will have to check later but iirc minor speed to boots and the 2% speed cloak enchants do stack. Its 112% whereas something like boars speed on boots does not stack with the 2% speed speed cloak so it's only 110%. Minor speed to boots is the only one that works with cloak enchants. At least...

Drust rare didnt socket. And yeah I've farmed lots of AD OH too. Mistmantle seems fun to go after since it's got some added flare. Would be 1 less int vs socketed item but +1 vers/stam.

I want the 25 vers neck. Cloak I have many of for the vers buff. And yeah I gotta chant regal ring. I swap between that and a freezing band I have in bags. For my MH I have a sp hellscream mace in bags. I swap back and forth.

Move characters to perma-60 realms or keep characters on TBC realms? There is also an option to pay to copy your character rather than move it.

yeah, this is it. scales to ilvl 50 on ptr. ill throw dancing steel on both of them. cant atm as dancing steel requires ilvl <=136, but on ptr its <=50

I have a DH from legion prepatch at 99 with stage 6 of 6 boa glaives. I've been collecting from mythic SoO and other places to prep. I also have a lvl 90 hunter with legendary cloak/meta gem. Although the legendary cloak doesnt work in pvp, the capacitance meta gem is very good.

iirc the on use for this item was usable until BC/WotLK, right? I just got this item on my 19 in classic and when i go to use it it says "Target is too low level"

Stumbled across a level 7 req version in the bank of one of my characters. Wondering if it is useful vs boas? Is the level 7 version now grandfathered?
