Stumbled across a level 7 req version in the bank of one of my characters. Wondering if it is useful vs boas? Is the level 7 version now grandfathered?
There is a scaling version from mob and there is different id from box. both still technically obtainable.
Value has been mostly lost ever since weapon speed normalization.
Nice thing to flex with if you got one level 11.
