ok thanks swoops. i thought green ones were affected by gcd but i havent played much since legion when they were iirc. so any pallys know of worthwhile break points? or wouldnt it be a lot better to just stack crit/vers and hope for max burst

is haste just for more white swings? or is there a breakpoint im missing? because i feel like i put on haste gear and none of my abilities CDs go down. right now 8.72% haste and 9.7sec BoJ, 5.5 CS, 11 sec judge and i thought those were all affected by haste (at least as of legion)

Idk if its different this year, but last year i got a "warforged" neck and even tho the ilvl was higher the stats were exactly the same as a regular one i had gotten previously. this was on a lvl 60, no idea if scaling changes it. or if its different this year.
