I'm looking for a scaled Skullflame shield and also a scaled sash of mercy! If you have any other BiS items for a feral I may be interested, currently making a nice Tauren Druid and she's a little naked! Thank you!

The arathi basin belt is about as good as the sash of mercy and a lot easier to obtain! Just a heads up. Believe it or not, the level 38 req. one.

how often does skullflame proc ? its a 1% and 3% .. this kind of % scares the shit outta me .. to me, its like it will not proc in an entire bg at all .. might as well go with a lvl48/ilvl58 blackskull shield

Yea! The 3% doesnt seem to high, but with how popular melee twinks are in the 49s and since most smart twinks know to focus me I thought it could be fun! Problem is....this shield falls in to the category of not proccing it seems...So I'll stick with the Blackskull

Can someone ELI5 how you use a skullflame shield @49? Doesn't it require lvl 54 to use?

49s cannot enter raids unfortunately, if it proceed it would be great! But this shield goes in the does not proc category
