If the stats scale similarly to other BoA items, the ring will not be worth it unless you really want to max crit. . As another poster stated, rogues should already be hit capped with shoulder/chest/belt, so the ring isn't BiS for them.

You absolutely need to include "of healing power" greens in this guide. In a premade, spell power is (by far) your most important stat, with stam becoming less valuable and int becoming near useless (fears and DoTs can't crit). Maximizing spell power (to an extent, of course) is optimal.

You don't really need to leave veng with your 19. I would never xfer my twinks away from my main; blizz will just come out with another best in slot BoA and you'll be facepalming when you have to level a dk to 80 or transfer your main over too...which would leave your OTHER twinks without access...

For truly maximum spellpower, you would also need a set with the largest possible amount of spirit and Glyph of Life Tap. Equip Spirit Set > Life Tap > Equip Max SP Set > Win.

Corruption is indeed the best glyph, but Glyph of Life Tap is also viable with its recent buff, provided you have a spirit set of gear (or you happen to have a decent amount of spirit). While out of combat, throw on the spirit set, life tap, then put normal set back on and enjoy the SP buff...
