It depends on the source. Often times blues drop at level. Otherwise I think it’s like req 18 at 20, and like req 21 at 21-23. So you should get the best ilvl available for blues with a level 20 farmer (afaik).

Did you follow the video exactly? Did you get to where it changes zones and then relog first before summon? .. also don't forget to stay in party sync when returning to the island if you manage to escape! EDIT: Can't even see what zone you're in w/o the minimap. Disable the tutorial in settings...

LW raid summoning is fixed and Precious's Ribbon is again grandfathered. Opportunities like this come around once every 10 years. Grats to all those that got the shirt! :ez:

I heard that unspecced monks can benefit from agi and int. I wonder if this could provide any benefits in TW or makes it worse?

From what I've heard, attack power (AP) and spell power (SP) does NOT count towards primary stat for purposes of TW scaling.

If you shift mouseover the item the stat changes versus your currently equipped item are displayed properly
