running disposable twinks 10 to 20 is one way to get MOH and honor but if you are pure F2P you can't transfer the MOH as a F2P or Vet, you can transfer the honor to a player and buy MOH with honor on the player you want to build up MOH on. its a good way to get PVP gems on a 20, etc
