Is it possible for WOD Treasures, that's looted from caches/objects. To gain a socket. i know for certain they can upgrade. but i assume they go in the same category as quests. where they can upgrade but not gain tertiary/sockets? Has anyone found one of these yet ?

Got a few epics on Draenor EU. Cloth Silvermoon chest Vers/crit 7/4 Pale Skinner. Boarhide Boulder Pads Some Pacifiers some other Silvermoon chests (No 7vers 4 crit leathers) Might get a feathered cape at some point if Vultros is with me.
