it is not to much difference between gearing a f2p rogue and a 90 sub rogue, white hit is just more valuable for f2p rogue like a 90 cause he is doing % more dmg with it! in my opinion you should gear a f2p rogue: hitcap 3% - expertice cap 3% - agility - crit missing a kick on a heal sucks...
