Yeah for sure, samiyam (bcon winner with boomy and 3x lively spirit) said his highest stack was 14, so you can get like 3k ish int i think as 119 if you get that high of stack

I tried it myself i dont think anyone knows the max stacks you can have of the int buff, only problem with it is you can only put it on a healer and only 1 time every 3 minutes. Probably sunblaze or high noon is better.

Yes items can socket and WF, including weapons i assume. This is a good 2 weeks for 119 twink gearing
