The best food for 19 is the food from the harvest festival. Slow-Smoked Turkey Gives 12 attack power and 6 stam @19 Congealed Cranberry Chutney Gives 6 sp and 6 stam @19 You can farm a ton of this food during the event and it doesn't rep Harvest festival to use or anything :)
