Looking for a CRZ list for eu realms

As the title said. I'm looking for a CRZ list of realms on EU been looking everwhere but can't seem to find any lists thats up to date.

Thats a list of connected realms. what i'm looking for is the realms that share the same "world phase"

Umm... connected realms do share the same "phase". In fact, they're the only ones that are always phased-together across all zones. Any other phasing occurs irregularly within individual zones to optimize server-loads or population-imbalances.

When the CRZ activates, it normally phases-in a realm (or several) from your battlegroup... but if that isn't sufficient, it will (rarely) resort to another battlegroup hosted at your particular datacenter.

If your goal is to join a party that is guaranteed to phase your character away from their "native" realm, it'd need to be from a different datacenter... but usually that isn't necessary.
