2h has higher dps for sure, but in most situations you'll face melee + caster dps in which case I'd advise to stick to sword n board. Unless you're ONLY vs casters or trying to kill the efc yolo, I wouldn't ever go 2h

Spike functions normally. Best in melee situations when you're not carrying a flag. Glacial stone is the BiS 2h, but honestly you'll hardly ever swap from SF to GS.

You can either apply it yourself to a BoE item and mail it to your twink, or have someone else enchant your BoP items for you. All the librams are repeatable.

I would skip fiery, unless you want to go all out on burst. Generally lifestealing is better, selfhealing and all. Crus would be my preferred MH option, but it comes down to playstyle and what your target is. Best would be multiple sf's

I'd stick with a twisted chanters for now, slap 9 int on it (22 int later on). Get another for fiery for proper raptor+wing clipping. Later on, add a Friar with +20 spirit, an 8 agi axe +25 agi.

9 int for ranged only, fiery for raptor+clip

I think you mean pwndepot :) As far as shoulders go, not worth it until we get naxx shoulders. Also the armor difference between cloth and leather is quite minimal, so definitely go for max stats!
