The cape doesn't proc on players. It will never be bis for instanced pvp.

I just thought of something. No games have popped yet right? Why not group a 20 with a 29 and see if you can group queue? If it lets you queue, then it's pretty much confirmed merged. If not, then it's un-merged? Im at work right now, so I can't test out this theory.

There's no doubt that I would have to regear / re-enchant my 29s, but just being able to play them again would make me ecstatic! And yes, scaling will be a HUGE factor in what classes will be what level. If 29s turn out to be terribad due to scaling, I'd probly just reroll new toons to a level...

In the last couple of weeks since I started playing again, I've only won 1 WSG match as Alliance. Most of the time we end up gettin GY locked, so I just run around the sides looking for butterflies to play with. AB is a totally different story. AB is usually a really close hard fought battle...

When you boost to 90 everything in your inventory gets mailed to you. Everything that is BoE will show up in the mailbox as BoE. As soon as you take it out of the mailbox it binds to you most of the time. You have to get really lucky with RNG for it to still be boe when removing from the mailbox.

I wouldn't level mine. I'd just dust off my old 29s that have gf'd gear. I'll probly need to grab a few new quest items or drops to be bis, but I'm pretty much set.
