Unless you have a grandfathered 43sp enchant on your weapon, there’s just not quite enough healing throughput. Hpal is super reliant on cooldowns of which you have none. So basically it’s “Did holy shock crit? No? Guess I’ll just die then.”

You absolutely can and both have their strengths for sure, but MW is much more slippery and has crazy burst damage and burst healing.

Double disc/double MW would be the most ridiculous.

They’re not even close on power level. One is relatively consistent and low damage, the other just randomly insta gibs you for 1/3 of your hp from 40 yard range. 2 hunters on one team can damn near global anyone with incendiary procs.

Honestly when your team comp is 2x boomie, 2x arcane mage, 2x marks hunter, warriors just get deleted when they charge in. Edit: I’d say the better ban is no incendiary ammo for marks hunters. A proc that crits for 1/3 my hp from range is absurd.

They should be considered flasks so I don’t think they stack. I really really hope they don’t stack.

Yeah I mean at 39 there are relatively even options with the alch flask or just battle/fort flask which is superior. At 19-29 this is the clear winner though.
