Enhancement Shaman

How do you properly gear an Enhancement Shaman in 8.1?

Vibroblades? Hillborne axes? does it matter since they are just too trash to even gear properly?

Stat priority?

Glass cannon or just max survivalbility?

Thoughts?

This is where I got to, played a few games and could not stand it anymore, just felt like I was playing a Ret Paladin but, with bad abilities that could not do anything.
