I'd wager the higher iLvL for the same Character Level were already in a Bank/GB pre-squish. As for getting these to drop at the Level you want, you may be better off "Farming" various Realms' AH. World drops are just that, there is no rhyme or reason to what drops them (usually) and since the...

Finally done. All (4) Class Order Hall Heroes are now Legendary. I was able to cheese 3 of them over iLvL 900 just a little (10's don't get the 950 Tokens).

@MagicalMe Probably 45, but I can't be 100% certain on that. @ShinyHero has done a little testing in that regard, at least 40 vs 45 iirc. And I can say as fact that 49's (until you get full Rep Gear) are meh.

That Axe has a MASSIVE Haste proc and scale as high as 48 (confirmed) but probably 49. The Haste proc at 48 is as high as most Level 60 gear.

Far as I've seen, the +7 Epic Gems don't work on 39's, they scale down to like +3 or something shitty like that.

@Kirise someone found the same thing and tried on a 50, no luck. Just broken TT's since 9.0.5 is my guess.

Blizzard announced that Chromie Time was intended for 10-49 and before the actual drop of SL (while in Pre-Patch) that was correct. It was NEVER for Level 50's. Once the Bread crumb Quest to head to Icecrown hit after SL dropped, that Quest fucks Chromie up (and is a KNOWN Bug by Blizzard). You...

And here lies my big secret. All I'll say is, as an Achievement whore, I've picked up a ton of interesting stuff while so-and-so XPac was current. I shoved some of that into Void and after the SL squish, that multi-year old gear is wearable on my 10 without being scaled down ;)
