Unless my memory is failing in my old age, WotLK added XP Emilinator NPC's and much of the REALLY good shit is from long Quest chains in PvE.

Some Classes it'd be the 3x Socketed 2H from TBC Dungeon most likely. Any Class that can use the no Level Epic Staff, that's BiS. Artys are still going to be BiS for certain Classes due to no other appropriate options.

Are you taking into account the bonus scaling that 10's get vs ALL other levels? What you need to do is less "opinion" work and more hard numbers by actually Twinking both levels with the exact same gear and doing DPS/HPS tests. I'll bet you'll find that 10's are superior to 11, in probably all...

Even if they still can WF, they'll be vastly inferior to what 10's have access to in SL (mainly TBC socketed Dungeon gear).

Yes this was tried, also porting the Character off the starting area, trying to jump off (and get ported out), etc. We tried the old dead-following someone else route of 99's to reduce XP as much as possible, still nope.

Many of us tried, there is no possible way to get a DH out and still be Level 10 :(

15 Warrior is crazy fun, stupid dmg and almost unkillable. 15 Mage is great dmg but even with excellent gear is still squishy. I'd imagine a 15 BM Monk would be close to god mode for farming.

On a Boss fight 10 Twinks (even without full Gems like Trinks/Rings/etc) would almost always win, even against BiS 20 Vets. Trash dies so fast that it's a moot question. That said, there will always be that 0.01% 20's that are WTFPWNBBQOMGWHATJUSTHAPPENED and plenty of 10's that have no idea how...
