Was thinking of the agi Argas, my bad. Forgot int gives the same amount of stam as DPR.

Personally, the int you gain while losing the stat you're stacking, some stam, AND some crit isn't worth 30$

Well, DPR's stats effect EF, while Argas doesn't effect EF.. so it also makes sense that it's a better ring for the build he's running. It's not solely based on the fact that he's a great lock, it's just a better option than Argas. I should've stated that in my post as well.

DPR/Argas. Because of the fact that you're doing a haste build and I assume using Ele Force.. in my opinion crit/haste benefit any class slightly more so than Int if they're using EF, since Int doesn't effect EF at all while crit/haste do. Then again, that's just my personal opinion, others...

Youredead uses DPR/Argas and he's one of, if not the, best lock in the bracket.. so i'd say it's BiS.

We have the same sort of thing in SoCal called the Orange County Fair. I mainly just go for all the deep fried goodness.. surprisingly deep fried kool-aid isn't bad at all.
