like it or not, there are a decent number of gms/devs that want players to only play current content and will ruin old stuff to try to get you to lvl up. most arent like that but there are enough of em that youre rolling the dice every time you make something like this get attention.

i can confirm that it has massive uptime, usually over 40% on 3 minute boss fights. it is the best offhand on fury, though idk if id reccomend it for other specs.

enh gained a pretty nice buff after all is said and done, and ele also got a little better. in pve theyre both still definitely top tier.

actually, ele shaman in pve is either the #1 ranged or #2 right now(and will get better in 8.1) it depends on who. inyer frequently tops the dps meters at ~1.4-1.5k , and ive seen vladius do 1.4k with arcane, and a few frost mages can still pull over 1.2k best bm ive seen was 1.4k on gruul...

for pve, tv> exe now. and as mentioned, full str crit gems > full 6str. 5str 6 stam>6 str too. this guide is helpful to people who are just getting into ret for pvp. also, you should probably mention a weapon enchant (landslide)

im gonna assume youre asking for pvp? for outlaw, landslide is probably bis. but for pve, all agi specs outside of enh should use dancing steel.
