Only way u can get a 29 magefist rn is if they drop in a dungeon(all dungeon boe rare drops are 2ivl higher than their required lvl save the OG level the rare was initially at)

boe rare armor dropped in the world drops in 5s, starting at lvl 10, boe rare weapons drop in 5s starting at lvl 12 this goes for epics as well, however they gain ~13ilvl and rares gain 8

Can someone explain to me the scaling behind the proc on wraith scythe? It seems to only affect wraith scythe but from what im seeing it does 300 dmg for my rogue and 900 dmg for ww monks. That damage disparity is too large to be related to versatility stacking.
