EU+US Deathbolt Scaling bug.

So yesterday while doing Coren runs for trinkets i came a across a weird bug regarding deathbolt scaling. Apparently Deathbolt scaling is bugged while doing scaled down content, With Agony, Corruption and 4 stacks of UA up your Deathbolt one shots Coren? he has around 25k hp for me and the Deathbolt does around 20-25k and crits for 40k. Makes for some nice reactions is grp when the recount tells the 120 that i just did 1.17m dps. Just thought i would share in case any other warlocks plan on farming Coren for the trinkets, Thoughts on this?

Yeah it's scaling is busted, tried it on a sturdy love fool dummy about a week ago and it hit for 25800+ with what's left of 5 UA+agony and corruption
Anyone care to try this on a player in wpvp or instanced?
Would love to see afflict fotms coming out and saying they've been afflict since vanilla
