Tested PTR when it opened, party sync was working and quests were repeatable. If you already got a quest reward then you can't get it again, but you could get a cache type loot box for an ilvl appropriate random item. Sadly, couldn't test any BG-related stuff.

If you run the dungeon with 1 59 and 1 120 you'll get a guaranteed piece off every boss and the run will take 3-5 minutes compared to 20-25. If that's what you're already doing then yeah, you've just been very unlucky.

When they fly over their all like "oh look at this qt 59 without a flying mount haha ez gank" and then proceed to get pumped.
