You can kill the Goblin with multiple alts on the same account and expect loot. I killed him with my mage in SW, got some transmog, then killed one in OG with my shaman, got nothing but gold, then killed it again in SW with my monk and got a 36 slot bag. All done in one day on same acc.

They took Treasure Goblin from Diablo and placed him in Azeroth.

So if u lock your XP above 30% mobs will do more damage to you? Am I understanding it right? What is the difference in mob damage between locking your XP above 30% and under 30%?

What addon are you talking about? Currently, the guild tab menu also has communities where you can be invited and chat with other people, even from the opposite faction. Currently there are multiple communities i.e. for 20s or 29s. There is always someone online to chat with. I think...

Well since your chest piece is item level 61 you can't put +3 all stats on it. Enchanting has been a bit broken since the pre-launch Dragonflight patch, and to this day Blizzard hasn't fixed it. If you see people wearing this enchant, they all have it from before Dragonflight.
