Is it stil an exploit when you join the xp-on queue with the xp-debuff?

avg waiting time : 33 mins your time in queue : 1h 3mins 5pm 24 mins CET before queue split: ~5 mins till pop. EDIT: Im not willing to pay for a waiting queue of 20 - 60 mins, when I only had to wait 1-5 mins before. Thats one shitty steakdeal right there.

but 50s Twinks still get queued up with levelers? or just 50s vs 50s ?

Recently Blizzard split the queue for 20s twinks and levelers. Did Blizzard split the 50s queue aswell? Edit: or are 50s dead for another reason?

So, if I get that right you played a Druid during BFA and consider twinking a druid or shaman. Druid was very strong during BFA and is quite the opposite right now: super weak. It is playable but far from what it used to be. Go with Shaman if those are the only 2 options that you consider.
