Yes since most of your dmg relies on how fast you can use WW. DR for your 2ndaries start at 30% so from there you're better off investing elsewhere, for efficiency.

Cel means haste? The stat priority is: Haste>crit=vers Aim for 30% haste then optimize the rest towards crit and vers.

There isn't any DR. Rng is just RNG. There are good days and bad days.

It wouldn't be significantly slower. Like you said, a few minutes difference at worse. It will add up though. Something you might want to consider at that point is if it's faster to manually level your alts the normal way. I'm genuinely curious where the cutoff lays.
