Question in Rocket x-treme boots

Hi there,
it took me a while to get the pattern of this boots. Finally I crafted this for my lvl 20 pala to run dungeons faster. I’ve also applied minor speed to this boots. But if I use them I will always just rotate and don’t receive a good speed as it would normally do. Does someone have experienced this also, or am I doing something wrong?

They reduced the speed on engineering speed boosts while in dungeons/raids. Same thing happens with Nitro boost.

most of these items no longer give an percentage based speed increase, instead they give "speed stat" now, which scales way too low to have any true benefit.

training amulet doesnt share cd with anything, you can use both if you want

On my DH I use Swift Boots with minor speed enchant.

On my Shaman I just use ilvl 87 epic feet with speed stat that were enchanted with minor speed pre ilvl change
